Pyro Regisvine is one of the elite bosses you can find in Liyue in Genshin Impact.
It is a pyro-based giant vine that is located somewhere within the Ley Lines.
Here’s how you can find and defeat a Pyro Regisvine in Genshin Impact.
Location of Pyro Regisvine
You can find a Pyro Regisvine east of Tianqiu Valley / west of Luhua Pool. The location is shown in the map below, marked by the elite symbol.
When you reach the area, you should be able to something like a cavern below and the Pyro Regisvine is in the middle.
How to defeat the Pyro Regisvine
The battle is much easier than going against Hypostasis bosses. For Regisvines, you have to aim at the core.
The core is located at the bottom of the boss. Once you’ve reduced the core HP to zero, Pyro Regisvine will fall down for awhile.
You’ll have some time to land a lot of damage.
It will recover and start attacking again. You can use a ranged character when it starts spinning its head around.
If it falls down, you can change to melee instead.
After the battle, a Trounce Blossom will appear. You have to use Resin to take the treasure.
Pyro Regisvine will drop all kinds of loot, including the Everflame Seed which is required for ascension.
