Suffering Disquiet is a quest under Act 3: The Making of Monsters in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to head to the Orbei Monastery to find the Abbot.
Here’s a walkthrough of Suffering Disquiet in Diablo 4.
Head south from Ked Bardu to reach the Monastery as marked on the map below.
Enter the Orbei Monstery Halls.
Search for the Abbot
Explore the area. You’ll notice that the doors are sealed.
Look for the key in the middle where the dead bodies are. Flip the bodies over and one of them has the Crusader Skull.
Place the Crusader Skull on the Pedestal to open the sealed door.
Continue looking for the Abbot. There will be spirits all over to kill.
Speak with the raving monk
You will then reach a raving monk. Talk to him.
Fight off the vengeful spirits
As soon as the monk is dead, the vengeful spirits will appear. Take them down.
Open the door seal
You will then need to open the door’s seal.
Find the words of the Secret Litanies. They are at the three statues in the area and all are marked.
Go back to the door to remove the seal.
Speak with the Abbot of Orbei
Talk to the Abbot who is behind the door.
Slay the Eidolon of Orbei
The spirits will all enter the Abbot’s body and they form the Eidolon of Orbei.
Slay this demon.
During the fight, you have to avoid the red pools as they narrow your vision.
The Eidolon will also make barriers around and create an explosion from the barrier so you need to keep your distance at times.
The quest ends after the Eidolon is slain. You’ll earn XP and coins.
