A Feast to Remember is a quest in Jotunheim in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Your task is to attend the feast by Suttungr and steal the Mead.
Here’s a walkthrough of A Feast To Remember in AC Valhalla.

Find and speak to Suttungr
You will find Suttungr in Utgard. Get to the location shown below, marked by the quest symbol.
You will see Suttungr at one of the houses at the top (image below).
Talk to him and you’ll be welcomed after giving the cauldron.
Find and speak to Gunlodr
Next, find Gunlodr, Suttungr’s daughter. Her location is marked in the map below.
You will find her in the grotto. Look for the stone circle in town.
Enter the circle for awhile and then leave.
You should then be able to see a path going downwards.
Talk to Gunlodr inside.
Follow Gunlodr
She will then agree to go to the feast. Follow her up to the feasting hall.
Havi’s speech
Havi will then be asked to give a speech.
The conversation choices here shouldn’t change the outcome and it’s for fun.
Empty the cauldron
To get Suttungr to open the vault, you have to empty the cauldron by asking everyone to drink more.
To do so, just participate in the different mini activities.
Fight the old lady
One of them is to fight the old hag.
Gunlodr riddle
There’s also a few riddles by Gunlodr.
The answers are as follows:
- Ale
- Hammer
- Swans and eggs
Find the children
Some children stole the harp of a thrall. Climb above the cauldron and talk to them.
Then, get to the top and jump into the cauldron of mead.
Archery
There’s also an archery activity. Before every round, you have to drink one of the cups of mead.
Just shoot a single pot each round within a few seconds. Win three rounds.
Speak to Suttungr
The mead should now be empty. Talk to Suttungr.
Find and get the mead
The vault is now open. Head to the vault as marked on the map below.
Gunlodr conversation choice
Gunlodr will find Havi sneaking around in the Vault. During the conversation, choose the first option, i.e. “I came to bring you a gift”.
This is a romance option and you’ll avoid an unnecessary fight with guards. The last option will lead to fighting.
Get the Mead
After the cutscene, get the Mead from the end of the hall.
Leave the area and a cutscene will load. You will see Loki again and this time, he warned Suttungr.
Defeat Suttungr
You’ll then need to defeat Suttungr. He is huge but slow, so it’s easy to dodge. If you have the slowdown ability when you dodge perfectly, then it’s much easier.
He doesn’t seem to have many weak points. There’s one on his left knee and possibly one on his back.
After some time, he’ll summon icicles from the sky.
To avoid them, get into the small area of magic (image below).
When his health goes to half, he will also grab another weapon and use a wave-like attack.
The quest ends after you’ve beaten him.
