To begin the event, get to the location shown below, marked by the map marker.
You will see a pregnant woman named Ermina with a horse nearby. Talk to her.
Bring the pregnant lady to the hill
Use the horse and she’ll sit behind you.
The location of the shrine on the hill is shown in the map below, marked by the player location in green.
Go all the way until you reach the shrine.
The world event ends after the cutscene.
